Wellness Wednesday- Time to thrive

Join us tomorrow 11-12pm for Well-being Wednesday, Time to thrive. This is FREE for all adults who would like to relax, make new friends, enjoy some meditation, learn techniques to de-stress, be more mindful and a musical mini workshop tomorrow. I use a power point, but explain everything and use lots of images, so reading is not essential, so every adult can join in !
For future reference I can adapt sessions to suit the needs of people wishing to attend 🥰
Then afterwards enjoy FREE soup and a roll in our fabulous The Pear Tree Social Café , or order from our fantastic menu ! All welcome to enjoy !
