- How to recognise and understand your bodies messages, memories and core beliefs.

- How to heal and activate the Root and Sacral Chakra to activate your Creative Flow and feel Safe and More Inspired.

- How to connect to your Solar Plexus and work with Solar energy to Empower and take charge of your needs.

- We will connect to the Sacred Heart Center to understand moments in your life that are ready to be loved and healed.
