Looking for a fun, unique, and energising way to move your body? 🎧✨Join us every Tuesday evening for our Silent Disco Exercise Class – a workout like no other!

Slip on your wireless headphones (provided for you), let the music take over, and get moving to a different specially-curated playlist each week. No two classes are the same – one week might be disco classics, the next could be chart-toppers or dance anthems.
