World Migration Day Free Guided Walk

Come Celebrate World Migration day with us at Minnis Bay with a free Guided wildlife walk! We hope to see alot of different wading birds and wildfowl!!

Meeting at the promenade under Minnis Bay Bar and Brasserie, we will begin our walk towards Reculver; stopping at Plum Pudding Lagoon, and returning along the grass-top path, back to the start again. This time of year, Minnis Normally gets a good number of different species including Brent Geese, Ringed Plover, Sanderling, Redshank, Oystercatcher and maybe even Dunlin!

We suggest bringing appropriate clothing for the weather conditions and parking can be found along the coastal road and behind the Minnis Bay Bar and Brasserie, there is also toilets behind the Minnis Bay Bar.

The Rangers will be there to give guidance on bird identification, sharing some tips and tricks, as well as answering any questions you may have.
