Thursday, Oct 9 - Meet at any time at Akers Group Campsite #03 where we will spend the first night. The group site is $65 and we will just divide that by the number of the group.
Friday, Oct 10 - Run shuttle (2 hour round trip), launch boats at 10 am and camp on the river after paddling 14.5 miles
Saturday, Oct 11 - Paddle 15 miles and camp on river
Sunday, Oct 12 - Paddle 8 miles and takeout at Two Rivers Access by noon, reverse shuttle, drive home
There was a lot of flooding this past year, and apparently the look of the river has changed as far as gravel bars, the path of the current, etc. Our normal camping spots are probably a bit unrecognizable, so this is almost a new river to the group.
This is not a commercial venture. This is an unguided trip with fellow paddlers gathering for some memorable times on the river.
Please indicate Going if you are Really going. This will help the group in coordinating shuttling of cars and boats.
