The tenth annual Adam Nesbitt Memorial Scholarship Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 11! With this being the tenth year, we have some exciting changes to announce. Please read through the details below and reach out with any questions!
The golf tournament will be held at Ely Park Golf Course (67 Ridge Street Binghamton, NY 13905) with registration beginning at 12pm, shotgun start at 1pm.
A public after party with open bar will follow, 6pm-9pm at the Airport Inn (2166 Airport Road Binghamton, NY 13905). Please be sure to RSVP with one of us directly ahead of time. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door.
Pricing is as follows:
$100/person: golf, dinner, drinks and lunch and beer during the tournament.
$50/person: dinner and drinks
$25/person: dinner
Golf teams are on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve your team, please contact Shannon Stewart, Julie Eardley, Jake Buckland Seth (Seeper) Jones or Doc Ralston ASAP. We will require a deposit of $100 to hold your team's spot by August 20th. Teams paying in full in advance is greatly appreciated.
Please note, no outside alcohol is allowed on the course. Ely does not allow personal coolers - water and Gatorade will be provided for you.
There will be a cash raffle. Each ticket is $10 and will enter you into a chance to win $100, $500 or the grand prize, $1,000. These tickets are available now. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing one!
We are also accepting basket donations to be raffled off the day of the event. Please contact us if you are interested in donating a basket.
