Join us for an elevated evening of movement, sound, and sipping in the heart of downtown.
We’ll begin by settling in with sound healing to gently guide us into a yin/restorative yoga practice, led by Jenn Landers Yoga. Expect slow, grounding postures, deep rest, and intentional stillness. As we soften and unwind, sound healing will also lead us back out of practice, leaving you feeling centered, nourished, and blissed out.
To make the evening extra special, enjoy a custom-crafted beverage created exclusively for this event by juuuice Juicery 🥤✨—the perfect complement to rest and reset.
