American Civic Association 21st Annual Garlic Festival

This annual event is being hosted by the American Civic Association; Kellie is creating and sharing the event as a representative and member of the board of directors.

Having been held for many years at Ross Park Zoo, this year the venue HAS MOVED to Rec Park in Binghamton!
