All Aboard! Model Train Layout Reopening + Miniatures Opening Reception at Roberson Museum

Roberson Museum invites you to the re-opening of the iconic Model Train Layout. On Saturday, October 11, from 12 PM – 3 PM, Visitors will be the first to explore the layout in its new location, offering never-before-seen views of the Owego stretch of the railroad. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 12:30 PM, featuring remarks from train volunteer coordinator Bob Hamilton on the enduring legacy of this beloved exhibition. Light refreshments will be available along with activities for families.

Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to explore Miniatures, a colorful new exhibition featuring an array of tiny treasures from Roberson’s collections. From toys and trinkets to dollhouses and miniature tools, the exhibit celebrates the charm and craftsmanship of small-scale objects.
