9/11 Tunnel to Towers

Help with setup/teardown, registration, security, all aspects. Last year this event raised $169K.

Date: Saturday, September 13th
Location: Margaritaville Family Resort
*All Day (10Am-10PM) The 10 ALL DAY volunteers will be "Volunteer Leads" and help to coordinate others as they arrive.
10 All Day Overall Leads (or they can split this up from (0930-1630 and 1630-2200) We just need to ensure we have enough coverage. Then if you get more squadron leads, they can lead the shifts below. Let them decide which areas they want to lead (try and get 2 per timeframe). We will also need shirt sizes when we do the sign-up genius. If you think of another way to do this, let me know. I beefed up the number of volunteers below. I don’t expect to get that many and some folks who sign up may not show up due to last minute emergencies. The volunteers who show up the first shift will be able to walk/run in this as well. We had a lot of folks do this last year.
*10AM - 3PM
16 Volunteers
Duties will include: unloading UHaul truck / setting up registration / climb event set-up / stage set-up / helping with packet pickup / Help raise 50 foot flag / etc.
*3PM - 8PM
30 Volunteers
This is the time frame we need the most help. We have two events going on simultaneously.
Duties will include helping with: Packet pick-up / Jeep Registrations / Kids Spot / Lanyard Pick-up / Water Stations / Climb event - monitoring participants to help ensure their safety / Bag Drop Station / Etc.
*7PM - 10PM
20 Volunteers
These Volunteers will help finish out our climb event and help with clean up.
Please have everyone that signs up list their t-shirt size.
