Join us for our monthly gathering for female veterans—a space to connect, recharge, and build community.
This month, we’re honored to welcome Alicia Weaver, who will be guiding us through a Somatic Movement Session — a gentle, body-centered practice that helps reconnect mind and body through awareness, breath, and intentional movement. Unlike traditional exercise, the focus is not on “working out” but on tuning in—listening to the body’s signals, releasing stored tension, and restoring a sense of balance.
✨ What to Expect:– session with Alicia – Lite refreshments and provisions– Camaraderie, connection, and self-care in a supportive environment
🎖️ All female veterans are welcome! Whether this is your first gathering or you’re a regular, we’d love to see you there.
Bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one, and come as you are.
