There's so much pain and cruelty in the world that we must take time for self care. We can more easily look for and find the beauty, the love, the joy, the light when we practice self care as a form of resistance.
To give in to despair and distrust is to surrender to the darkness and that's exactly what the bad actors want:
we will not comply.
Yellowstone Indivisible was formed to help people find ways to bring out the best in ourselves and each other and to channel our angst into action.
Our first public meeting of 2026:
"Self Care as Resistance”
Learn and practice techniques for building the muscles of courage and hope through movement, breathing and sounding exercises.
Experience the soft yet dynamic power of community, caring connection and through the quiet of meditation.
Elizabeth Klarich has taught self care and meditation techniques for decades and is using her skills to help grow the YI community in ways that inspire and uplift so that we can focus our energies on efforts toward improving our lives through safe and purposeful civic action and civil discourse.
When we take time for ourselves we find the light within and we also find ways to shine that light in a world so desperate for positive change.
Let’s do this!
