Join us for our new class offering-Boundaries with Kids. Curriculum by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.

We are also offering Quick and Healthy Cooking on a Budget.

Boundaries with Kids details: Learn how to set limits and still be a loving parent, bring control to an out-of-control family
life, apply the ten laws of boundaries to parenting, and define appropriate boundaries and
consequences for your kids...and much more.

Cooking on a Budget: Topics include: meal planning, stretching your food dollars, MyPlate, food safety, label reading, mindful eating, increasing physical activity and much more! Try a new recipe each week!
