Hand Building with Clay Pretty Platters with Stacie Hermes

This is a 2-part class to learn how to create a plate or platter using hand building techniques.

The class will meet at Yellowstone Artist Co-op - 213 11th Street West. It is a wonderful facility that offers space and shared resources for potters.

Class 1 will focus on creating the platters/plates (BUILDING) and using a variety of embossing tools to imprint designs into the slabs of clay.

Class 2 is painting (GLAZING) the platters.

You will take home 1 platter/plate.
