Gate to Stillness: Yoga Nidra

Start your week with intention and ease. Join us for Gate to Stillness: Yoga Nidra on Sunday, January 25th at 6:30pm. The cost for this class is just $15.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practiced lying down, no movement needed. This class is designed to support your nervous system, invite rest & meditation, and help you transition gently into the week ahead.

All bodies, all abilities, all levels welcome.

We provide the following:

✨ Props & accessories

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without feeling rushed.

For the safety of our class and to support a mindful experience, doors are locked promptly at 6:30pm.
