We've got some more scary cinema coming to Art House Cinema and Pub soon, we think this one is something you can really sink your teeth into! Saturday, October 11th, we will be playing a special 40th anniversary screening of Tom Hollands incredibly creepy 1985 cult horror classic, FRIGHT NIGHT, as this month's film in our LATE NIGHT series!
This unforgettable vampire nightmare has been immortalized as a late night horror classic for decades now, forever embedding itself into the minds of the curious shoppers who gazed upon its iconic, eerie box art in the video store days. A film full of bloody shock and paranormal tension, FRIGHT NIGHT ingrains itself into the retinas of its viewers, and still remains one of the 80s best examples of certified nightmare fuel for anyone trying to test their cinematic nerves while staying up a bit too late! You'll never forget it!
When high school student Charley Brewster's family gets a new neighbor, the dashing and enigmatic Jerry Dandrige, Charley soon accidentally discovers that Jerry is truthfully a murderous vampire. With his family and the authorities refusing to believe him, Charley must work alone as Jerry makes an effort to get rid of Charley to keep his identity a secret!
