Sunday Forest Bathing at Mill Meadows

This is a 2 hour session, facilitated by Sally, a Forest Therapy Practitioner. Participants will be sent info in advance of the session, but please get in touch with any questions.

We will spend the session among the trees, taking in the atmosphere of the Forest. Sally will offer invitations that will help us to connect with Nature and the present moment, using our senses.
