Spring Equinox Soundbath

Join me for an opportunity to switch off embrace the spring equinox, a time of year for new life starts to spring up, and energy levels increase.
Spring is linked to the Anahata chakra so we'll start with a light heart opening yoga sequence (which is purely optional!) before settling down to a guided pranayama, yoga nidra and sound bath.
I shall be layering sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and hang drum.

Herbal teas to be served after.

Please bring blankets, pillows and something to lay down on (yoga mat)
