Candle gazing meditation & sound bath

Candle gazing, also known as Trataka is a form of mediation, bringing you a sense of calm, improving focus, promoting emotional stability and potentially improve eyesight.
After this grounding experience we'll relax into a shavasana position, whilst being lulled by the sound of gongs, drums, chimes, hangdrum and other healing instruments.

I'll provide the candles, unless of course you have a personal favourite.

If you suffer from glaucoma it's advised you gaze at one single point rather than a candle. You can still take part in this session.
