The Biggleswade Barnacles Shanty Session

We meet on the third Tuesday of the month (between 8.00pm and 10.00pm), at The Bigg Theatre in Biggleswade, to sing sea shanties and other traditional songs. The rehearsals are led by Simon Bailes but the emphasis is on group singing. All are welcome to join in and release their inner sailor.

No experience is needed. Song sheets will be provided in booklet form (they can also be downloaded below). Those that fancy leading a verse or two will be given the opportunity to do so.

Our mission is to sing songs and to enjoy ourselves!
