Space to Talk,

A relaxed space to chat to others, share your struggles, or simply be with no pressure, but you don't have to be alone.
There's often a puzzle or a craft to enjoy, and there's drinks and snacks.
It’s run by a trauma-informed coach and mental health first aid instructor, so if you want more focused support that's also available.
