Open Day

We're having an open day! 🤩

To celebrate this beautiful space, moving forward and raise funds for the charity that started it all. ❤️

There's 2 bookable sessions

9-10am yoga

10:30-11:45am sound bath

Both are donations suggested at £5 on the booking system to reserve your space. If you'd like to give more or donate to a great cause, then please do donate on the day. 🙏

Then an afternoon of drop in for cakes, soulful sounds and quiet time from 12:30 till 3pm.

All proceeds for Above & Beyond Cancer Foundation.

Booking is live for the morning sessions on GYMCATCH so don't delay!
