The stories we tell ourselves influence the reality we experience, and our imagination serves as a powerful tool in this process.
Led by filmmaker, artist and writer Matthew Lessner, "Rewriting Your Reality" is a two-hour workshop designed to encourage participants to explore how the narratives we tell ourselves about our lives actively shape our reality — often in extremely limiting ways.
Through creative writing exercises and group sharing, participants will examine limiting personal narratives and practice crafting more empowering and creative alternatives, ultimately developing greater agency over their life narratives and perception of reality.
$40 suggested donation.
