Solar Plexus Healing Workshop - Reclaiming Self-Trust, Worth, and Inner Power
The solar plexus chakra is the center of personal power, self-trust, confidence, and inner authority. When this energy center is blocked or depleted, we may experience self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or a disconnection from our own sense of worth.
This workshop is an invitation to come back home to yourself. Through movement, guided meditation, breathwork journeying, and gentle Reiki healing, we will create a supportive container to release stored tension, reconnect with your inner strength, and restore balance to the solar plexus.
This is not about forcing confidence or "fixing" yourself, it is about remembering the power that already lives within you.
This workshop is for you if you:
-Struggle with overthinking or self-doubt
-Feel disconnected from your confidence
-Have difficulty trusting yourself or setting boundaries
-Tend to people-please
-Want to feel more grounded and empowered

TIME: 5:30pm-7:00pm (90 minutes)
WHERE: Red Fox Market (112 S Michigan Ave, Big Rapids)
COST: $25 per person
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+.
WHAT TO BRING:
1-2 blankets and/or a yoga mat
1 pillow
