Pose & Flow Yoga at Willy’s

Join us the second Sunday of the month at Willy’s on the Water to pose and then let the drinks flow. Your first drink is included with your registration!
Grab your friends and let’s meet for a rejuvenating feel-good practice appropriate for all levels of experience.
Doors open at 9:15am, practice begins promptly at 9:30am!
