Murph at 7K CrossFit

Join us this year for Murph as we team up with @elevated_socal and the Memorial Run!
Murph is CrossFit’s biggest tradition as our community gathers together to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy on Memorial Day. Michael lost his life June 28th, 2005 in Afghanistan.
We will be running multiple heats throughout the day and have food and drink available for the event at 7K Crossfit.
