The workshop will be led by me, Leanne! Running since the age of 10, my training from ages 12 to 21 was the sprint distances from the 100m to 400m, competing to national level. Every session, each week, drills and technique were a key focus, given the technical nature of the sprint distances. It is something I am extremely passionate about and want to pass my knowledge and skills onto other runners, as everyone deserves to know how to enhance their unique technique!
