This event will take you from feeling overwhelmed, stressed out , like theres not enough hours in the day, to feeling, CALM, CLARITY, CONNECTED back yo yourself and the things you love.
3 hours of relaxation, using yogic techniques to de stress the mind and body. Breath work, meditation, gentle movement and yoga nidra.
Blankets, cushions, candles, fairy lights, sweet treats.

With practices that you will be able to take away with you to continue to support your mind and mental health.
