Parkrun Takeover!

LA-PT is taking over the incredible Bideford Parkrun!

Whether you would like to volunteer or run, we would love you to join us!

We need volunteers so the Parkrun can take place (marshals, time-keepers etc): if you want to volunteer, please let me know and I will add you to the list! Volunteers will need to arrive for 8:30am!

Those wanting to run, the run starts at 9am, with the run briefing at 8:50am. PLUS, all finishers will be put into a draw to win two months free Run Strong Coaching!

And of course, Wetherspoons breakfast afterwards, everyone welcome, to re-fuel and chat after a fun and busy morning!
