Emma and I are so excited to invite you to another of our Mums Morning of Movement sessions – a chance to carve out some precious time and space for you.
✨ Enjoy a 45-minute energising workout with Emma, followed by a 50-minute yoga flow and relaxation with me.
✨ Pause and unwind afterwards with a hot cuppa and cake
✨ Connect with other mums in a warm and supportive space.
This morning is designed with mums in mind – whether your children are little or older, we know how rare it is to take time just for yourself.
We’d love you to come solo if you can (to really soak up the rest and recharge), but we also understand that childcare isn’t always possible – so little ones are welcome too.
