Modern reflexology provides deep relaxation, revitalised energy, stress relief, preventative healthcare and balance to the systems of the body. You will learn to activate the healing powers of the body using energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the hands that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts.
Entry Level:
A foot reflexology qualification is recommended but not essential & Anatomy & Physiology (can be studied alongside)

1 practical session + home study + case studies.

Model required?:
Group training = No, students will work on each other.
One to one training = Yes, you will be required to bring a model along to the practical training to practice your routine on.
Case studies = Yes, you will be required to work on models for your case studies.

Additional Costs:
You will need to purchase your own products, equipment (ie massage couch) and massage mediums in order to carry out your case studies.
We also recommend you purchase a text book to support your learning, a recommended reading list is supplied with your training pack.
