This course is for a 1 day accredited combined Manicure with Gel polish course.
Description:
This gel polish manicure combined course is about providing nail treatments. You will learn about consulting with the client, recognising any contra-indications, preparing for the service and producing a treatment plan, applying, maintaining and removing gel nail polish, including preparation of the nail as a standard manicure.
Entry level:
A manicure qualification is preferable, however, you will also learn a standard manicure routine, and receive a certificate for BOTH manicure & gel polish
Course format:
1 day practical + home study + case studies.
Training material is accessed via our online portal
Attendance:
1 practical session
Duration:
The home study can be started at anytime, please ask for available course dates
Model Required?:
Group training = NO, students will work on each other
One to one training = Yes, you will be required to bring a model along to the practical training to practice your routine on.
Case studies = Yes, you will be required to work on models for your case studies.
Case studies:
You are required to complete 3 treatments as case studies.
Accreditation body:
* Associated Beauty Therapists
* Professional beauty direct
*IPHM
Career Opportunities:
Self-Employment or Employment beauty therapist/ nail technician
Additional Costs:
You will need to purchase your own products (e.g. manicure & gel products), equipment (e.g. UV / LED machine) in order to carry out your case studies.

Manicure Diploma

Gel Polish Diploma
