Each ‘flight’ will be accompanied with a small food pairing, encompassing seasonal, foraged and home grown ingredients, created by The Glorious Oyster team.
Ben Mudditt, from Wanderlust Wine, has been in the wine business for 20 years, and our supplier since we became licensed in 2022.
He has carefully selected a lovely ‘flight’ of coastal wines you wouldn’t have experienced at The Glorious Oyster before.
He will talk you through each ‘flight’ you’re about to embark on;
Sparkling: East Sussex, England
White: The Azores, Portugal
Rose: Ibiza, Spain
Red: Sicily, Italy
Dessert: Long Island, USA

Wines sourced direct from smaller family estates, that they are able to have direct relationships with.
If you enjoy the wines on the evening, you can order on the night to be collected from The Glorious Oyster the following week - saving you the usual delivery cost.
