Our 4-week Introductory Battōdō Course will guide you through the safe, traditional techniques of Japanese swordsmanship — no prior martial arts experience required.

You’ll learn:
• The fundamentals of drawing (battō) and cutting and thrusting techniques
• Basic solo kata and partner drills
