About the event

YI ODISHA ABILITY SUMMIT 2026

We are delighted to announce the YI Odisha Ability Summit 2026, an initiative by WE4YOU Charitable Trust, powered by Young Indians (Yi) and in association with the SSEPD Department, happening on 21st February.

This Summit is a dedicated platform to strengthen pathways for inclusive employment and sustainable livelihoods for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

Our primary focus this year is to create greater placement opportunities for PwD students by connecting skilled talent with inclusive employers and encouraging organisations to adopt accessible and supportive hiring practices.

A key highlight will be the Felicitation Ceremony, where we honour corporates and organisations that have shown exemplary commitment by offering employment and internships to PwDs — transforming lives and setting powerful examples of true inclusion.
