Hot 🔥 Yoga Basics for Beginners Community Event

***The class will be heated appropriately 95 degrees so make sure you bring a water source and slip resistant mat or yoga mat towel.

***Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to start of class. We will start on time and the door will be locked at noon.

Welcome to Yoga Basics!

Our Basics Class is the perfect starting point for students new to yoga. It provides a supportive environment for exploring the fundamentals of the practice and introduces students to the essential poses and techniques that form its core.

What to Expect:
This class is specifically designed to bridge the gap between beginner and more advanced classes. The focus will remain on the basics, helping you develop confidence, strength, and flexibility at your own pace. Repetition is key in these sessions, so we encourage you to attend regularly and build a deeper understanding of each pose.

Teacher-in-Training:
Please note that this class is taught by one of our dedicated teachers-in-training.

Optional Donation:

A $10 donation is optional; all contributions will go directly to supporting our Seva Yoga Program. Donations can be made via Venmo to @bluespotyoga.
