❓Can I come alone?
Ofcourse you can - come alone or bring a friend - but you will meet some awesome people there!!!
❓Am I too old, big etc to give it a go?
We hear this week in , week out! Absolutely not! We encourage everyone to give pole and aerial a go! We have had a variety of people come to GLD over the years and we wouldn't change it! We want you to get out of your comfort zone and try something new!
❓Can I just turn up?
No rebooking is essential ! Please see above how to book - any issues then please do contact us directly!
❓What do I need to bring? Wear?
Regular gym clothing is perfect 😊
Please do not wear jewellery

Bring water! £20 deposit just incase you wish to join! SPACES ARE LIMITED AND WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS!
