Artist Talk and Poetry Reading: Emily Morgan and Diane Callahan In Conversation

Be part of an inspiring afternoon with Emily Morgan of Lovely But Dead Art & Diane Callahan at Bexley Public Library!

Everyone is welcome to join collage artist Emily Morgan, creator of Lovely But Dead, at 2 PM on Saturday, October 4th, for a personal walkthrough of her work on display in the library. Morgan’s layered, intuitive collages explore themes of loss, resilience, and rediscovery, striking a balance between lush vibrancy and introspective depth.

Then at 3 PM, poet Diane Callahan, whose debut collection, The Ship in the Storm, features one of Morgan’s collages as its cover, will read selections from her work, and join Emily Morgan for a conversation about art, poetry, and creative connection.

Book signing and print sale to follow and light refreshments will be provided.
