Carers Café - Bexhill

Caring for a loved one can be tiring and having a break to meet with others in similar situations can make all the difference to how you cope.

Come along to connect with others who understand your challenges, and take time out to relax over a drink.

Our monthly cafes also provide a range of activities for Carers and the people they look after, like hand massages, arts and crafts, music, and games.
