Join Deana and Dawn for this nurturing workshop designed to elevate your sense of self-love and compassion. Utilizing Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra Meditation, and Reiki Healing, you'll return to a blissful heart and feel as if wrapped in a pink cozy blanket of love. All levels welcome!
