Skill Sundays Open Gym

Join us every Sunday in September to learn drills that will help you progress on various CrossFit skills! Each week, we'll highlight a different skill to practice or you can choose your own goal and focus on improving a specific skill all month!

What to Expect
-Coach instruction through progression drills for the week’s skill
-Open gym format for you to practice with coach guidance and feedback
-A supportive community of like-minded athletes

All levels welcome! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our Skill Sunday Open Gym is a great opportunity to improve your skills and connect with other CrossFit enthusiasts.

Gym is still open for your own Sunday WOD if you do not choose the skill work!
