About Stroller Strides: Stroller Strides is an hour-long interactive, full-body workout for all fitness levels that includes lots of movement and fun for your kiddo (MWF 9:30-10:30am). We also offer a supportive mom community consisting of regular play dates, monthly mom's night out, family events, and more!
