Join me for a resource circle to explore the support you need and find both seen and unseen resources. I'll use tools from Systemic Ritual and Shamanic Healing trainings I received to help us all find more ease and nourishment in what can be a very difficult transition for some: from the heat of summer to the abundance of autumn.

In Systemic Ritual created by Daan van Kampenhout the ritual helps recognize and build resources to support movement and healing within the system of each person. Rituals aim to create space for energy to flow and heal in areas where it has become stuck or stagnant. It's a group work and the community participates in the healing process, so that everyone involved receives something that will benefit them.
