I'm writing to let you know about our Fall classes for Kids & Families
at Simon Says Yoga~ (simonsaysyoga.com()

I hope you'll offer these healthy, fun practices to your kids/grandkids and share the info with friends & family who may be interested~

Here's what's coming soon:
--Kids Yoga & Mindfulness • Tuesdays • 4:30-5:15 • 5-8 yr olds
Beginning Sept. 30
--Family Yoga • Saturdays • 11:30-12:15 • 3-7 yr olds
Beginning Oct. 11
--Tween Yoga Mondays • 4:30-5:15 • 10-13 yr olds
Beginning Sept 15
