On Saturday, October 19, join us for an unforgettable morning of movement, reflection, and connection. This all-levels Mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen your body, challenge your mind, and ground your spirit. (Mats & Props are INCLUDED)

We’ll close with a guided silent meditation — a collective pause to honor legacy in all its forms. Whether you are remembering a loved one, grieving a loss, releasing what no longer serves you, or setting intentions for what’s ahead, this is a space for you to reflect and honor what matters most.

• A portion of proceeds benefiting the "Lion David Stuart Scholarship” in recognition of the late Lion David Stuart’s outstanding service to the community and the Lions Club. The scholarships will be awarded to a graduating student from Willow Spring High School and Fuquay Varina High School.
