Ages 13+: Joy Journaling

Joy Journal - think Junk Journal but full of positivity and joy!

Using quotes, affirmations, and ephemera, long time Joy Journaler Deborah Serio-Correia will guide you along step by step to create your own two page spread! She will also chat about why this practice is so important in our busy lives to take a minute to relax and create something beautiful! Deborah will have some of her journals on display for inspiration. This class is for all levels of creativity and even for those that are not journalers!

Class Notes: All supplies are included but if you have a journal or item(s) you want on your pages, please bring them.

Take this workshop with the prior Mindfulness Bags class, tea and snacks will be served in between and cost will be $80 for both classes! Choose the dual class option during registration to sign up for both.
