We are excited to invite you into a 7-part Sound & Yoga Chakra Series — a journey through the body’s seven energy centers. Each gathering will focus on one chakra, weaving together intention, movement, and sound to restore balance, deepen awareness, and awaken inner alignment.
We begin with the foundation: the Root Chakra (Muladhara).
The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is the energetic center of grounding, safety, and stability. It connects us to the physical world and our sense of belonging. When the root is balanced, we feel secure in who we are, supported in our path, and steady in the face of life’s challenges. When it is out of balance, we may experience restlessness, anxiety, survival stress, or a sense of being “unrooted.”
Balancing the Root Chakra is not just an individual practice — it is profoundly amplified when done in safe community with like-minded women. Sitting in circle together allows us to feel seen, supported, and connected, reminding us that we are not alone. Healing the root in a shared space builds trust, deepens belonging, and strengthens the energetic foundation we carry back into our lives.
Just as a tree cannot grow tall without healthy roots, our own growth depends on cultivating stability and safety first. This gathering offers a safe container to ground, release, and reconnect with your foundation.

- Opening Circle & Root Chakra Wisdom : A welcoming circle to connect and explore the Root Chakra and its influence on body, emotions, and energy.
- Herbal Tea & Intention Setting : A grounding tea ritual to anchor into the present moment and set intentions for stability, trust, and connection.
- Yoga Flow with Dejah : A grounding sequence designed to release tension, awaken stability, and connect with the earth through mindful movement and breath.
- Savasana Sound Immersion with Lindsi Lou : As the body rests, crystalline sound bowls, chimes, and restorative frequencies will guide you into a deep state of calm, harmonizing the Root Chakra and allowing you to embody a greater sense of safety and support.
