Somatic Yoga & Sound Bowl Meditation

Join me every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 730pm for somatic yoga and sound bowl meditation. Whether you are new to yoga or seasoned to the practice...somatic, yoga is a trauma, sensitive, gentle practice that everybody. Slow intentional movements incorporated with breath work deepening into the body to help reset the nervous system back to a parasympathetic state of ease calm and relaxation. I lead you through movement the first half the class then invite you to a journey into sound with an enchanting sound bowl meditation.

This offering is $15 per person.
Methods of payment accepted are cash, cash app or Venmo.
You must reserve your spot via FB event, message the host or sign up in person at Hello Nutrition.
Reservations help us to ensure that we have enough space to accommodate everyone as limit space is available and spots fill up fast .
Everyone is encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, or pillow anything that will help you feel comfortable. There are extra max available for those that need one.
