Yoga at Orange Circle Farm

Join Rooted in Flow at Orange Circle Farm!

Join us for a 60min Gentle Flow yoga class guided by Amanda Brandt Wednesday August 27th at 5pm!

Enjoy the shade in the field as we flow through some gentle movements and breath guidance. We will be in nature on a working farm surrounded by the elements. This class will give you the opportunity to explore your practice outdoors where nature can come to play in the form of weather, plants, and insect friends.

Our spot is a few minutes walk from the road and our parking, so arrive at least 15 minutes early to make your way to our yoga spot in the field.

We suggest bringing a towel to put down under your yoga mat. We will have some towels and mats with us incase you don't have yours. Bring a water and comfortable clothing for the elements. A refill station will be available for water bottles.

Bring sunscreen and bug spray for your own use.
