Winter Solstice Community Cacao Ceremony

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to complete mind, body, & soul self care as we celebrate the Winter Solstice with intentional community. Our practice this month will center around releasing what no longer serves us and calling in a fresh set of intentions.

What to Expect :
Ceremonial Cacao prepared with intention and delicious spices while we sit for an opening circle.
A live Guided Meditation
Sound Journey featuring Crystal Sound Bowls, Native American Flutes, Healing Drums and Chimes
Journaling and Intention Setting
Community Integration Through Discussion, Music and Movement

Dress cozy and bring anything you'd like to get comfortable for our meditation and sound journey. We will have paper and pens available but you are welcome to bring a personal journal as well as anything you feel called to add to the altar for our ceremony.
